Fox Chase reserves the right to deny, admit or dismiss membership of individuals based upon the current ownership of the properties within the boundaries of the Fox Chase Owners Association. NO member's information will be shared with any outside entity at any time. Only pertinent information needed for the Association's business will be shared with the qualified management company and the board members of the Association.
